The Space: Casita Alegre at beautiful Knight's Beach, Port Elliot, is a scenic 80km drive south of Adelaide in South Australia on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula. Casita Alegre is located at one of the most sought after locations on the South Coast. The Casita Alegre is a self contained apartment situated on the cliff top of Knights Beach. With 'a touch of Mexico' decor, Casita Alegre comprises of 4 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 contain queen-size beds, the third bedroom consists of 2 singles, and the fourth bedroom is a curtained off room containing 2 single bunk beds. The property has 2 bathrooms - one is ensuite to bedroom one, and the other is a full bathroom with bath/shower. The tastefully decorated, kitchen, dining and living areas offer full frontal views to the surf and the dining area has double sliding doors to your own private paved area. The living area contains LCD TV, DVD and CD player and the same stunning views of waves crashing over granite rocks, seals, dolphins and whales (seasonal) along with the ever present surfers for your entertainment and delight. Included in this deluxe package is gas BBQ with picnic table, RC air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The property has full laundry with washing machine, dryer and a single lock up garage. The property is in the convenient location for day trips to destinations like Kangaroo Island, many local wineries and challenging golf courses. There are great local restaurants within walking distance or even take the cliff walk to Flying Fish at Horseshoe Bay, famous for its award-winning flathead at the kiosk, or go upmarket in the main restaurant. We like to give our guests all linen / bedding / towels included within the cleaning cost – we do this so you can just arrive and unwind.
