A lovingly renovated Catskills ranch house down the road from Colgate Lake and 10-minutes from Hunter Mountain. This 3-bedroom, 3 bath modern cabin is the perfect retreat all year round. It offers an open plan kitchen and living room for gathering as friends and family, as well as an expansive deck for grilling, hot tubing and enjoying the surrounding trees and quiet. The finished basement has a pool table, a 75-inch TV and a kitchenette for the children or guests to enjoy after a day out hiking, skiing or swimming in the abundance nature nearby. Less than 10 minutes into Tannersville and Hunter, guests also have access to some of fantastic restaurants, shops and destinations in the Catskills. ****Vehicles with AWD necessary for winter months!!**** *If you would like to bring a dog, you *must* add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking.
