The "Killy" Pub is a short walk, as is the exquisite cafe at the iconic Kilcunda General Store, you certainly won’t be disappointed if you like a good coffee!. You are also spoilt for activities from surfing, scenic walks and bike trails to the heritage listed Kilcunda Trestle Bridge – every photographer’s dream, along with fishing & kayaking in the mouth of the Powlett River with its wide, slow flowing waters. There is a well-equipped laundry with separate toilet and a second living area towards the back of the house, with a wood heater and large balcony/entertaining area with BBQ overlooking the backyard and hills. Downstairs the garden is fully enclosed with high fences.
