## Space Welcome to our home! Located ins a very peaceful area, perfect to enjoy everything the zone has to offer! In this apartment, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. ## Access ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood ## Transit ## Notes Before your check-in, we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
