Welcome to my home! My lovely flat will be your perfect home away from home and an ideal base from which to explore London. You'll be situated 2 mins walk from Oval tube station, meaning you'll have absolutely amazing transport links right into the heart of the City, the West End, everything! You'll have access to the entire property with all the mod cons and amenities you could ever wish for. Enjoy! My flat is a colourful period property with great light, floor to ceiling french windows with a large private roof terrace. There are 3 local newsagents within 50 yards, a Tesco Express 5 mins walk from Clapham Road towards Stockwell. Sainsbury's supermarket is a 10 min walk towards Nine Elms. Kennington Park, Vauxhall Park, the River Thames, The Fentiman Pub, Canton Arms Pub, Old Red Lion pub are all nearby. There's a fantastic "old fashioned modern British cooking" restaurant called "24 The Oval" with lovely owners is well worth a visit. A great Mediterranian restaurant called "Adulis" on Brixton road (3 min walk). Best Chinese restaurant in town called "Silk Road" in nearby Camberwell. A wide variety of great pop up restaurants at Pop Brixton or up in Elephant & Castle at Mercato Metropolitano. Oval station on the northern line is a 2 min walk away. Busses into the middle of town from Oval station which is a 2 min walk away. No pets No smoking, parties, or events Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 11AM - Parties are strictly prohibited - Extra guests are not allowed - Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. - Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible - This is your home in London, please care for it as such - Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property - Must climb stairs Guests will have access to the whole apartment during their stay. Our property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance you may need. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys. Please be careful with them.
