Great North Bristol Welcoming House With Parking!

Summary: The house is in the lovely location situated in North Bristol! The home is within easy reach of a supermarket, for those that like to cook and a pub that does take away pizzas, for those who prefer not to plus your just a 12-minute train away from central Bristol. With 2 good sized bedrooms, a welcoming living room and a lovely kitchen leading out to the garden this is a perfect base for both work or leisure stays. For those working in the area it's worth noting that the property is within 10 mins of the MOD, Roll Royce, Airbus & EE. The Space: Our house is a lovely welcoming home for anyone! We hope you enjoy your time here. There is one double bedroom and one larger bedroom with two single beds, a great setup for families and all to stay! The front room has a SMART Tv for all your TV binging needs, a small desk area to work on and great comfy sofa to cuddle up and watch the latest binge worth TV series. Please feel free to use the garden for your needs in the amazing sunshine. Guest Access: You have the whole place to yourself! All the check in instructions will be sent 48 hours before your arrival. The Neighborhood: We just to be considerate of our neighbours, as we are in a quiet neighbourhood we appreciate no parties and loud music to be played. Our house is in a great location in Bradley Stoke! Here are the distances to local attractions: Cribbs Causeway- 10 Minute Drive The Wave- 20 Minute Drive Wild Place Zoo- 16 Minute Drive Patchway Train Station- 5 Minute Drive Getting Around: The Closest Train Station is Patchway which is either a 5 minute drive away or 20 minute walk. There are bus stops close to the house too. Bradley Stoke has quick bus stop routes, and you can hop on the metro bus to get into an area of Bristol Other Things to Note: There is one allocated parking space with our house, for anything additional you will need to find parking in the surrounding streets. We can not unfortunately accommodate a late check out, and no events/parties allowed. Interaction with Guests: We are Hopewell and we are contactable by phone, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
