The Space: This studio apartment was recently being renovated high-scale and will await you with a fresh & modern design. It is located very good in Lippstadt, right in the middle of the city center: Walking distance to the train station and also all the restaurants and shops. You will be able to start your day with NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities this studio has to offer. The apartment was furnished on high scale and features a comfy box bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and everything you'll need. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower. Of course we provide fresh towels and all the essentials like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment can also sleep a third and fourth guest, when using the comfy sofa bed. Also you have direct access to the rooftop terrace with an own seating area for the apartment. Right next to the building is a public parking garage, charging 5€/24h. Guest Access: The entire apartment is at your disposal. Please make yourself at home! The Neighborhood: You will live in the very center of Lippstadt: The train station can be reached in 5 minutes walking distance. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner - It doesn't get more central than here. Getting Around: Right next to the building is a public parking garage, charging 5€/day.
