Quiet house, at the second floor (3rd floor according the USA floor numbering scheme) of a commonhold, served by a lift (internal width of the door 60 cm [23.6 in.]), with an ample balcony (motorized roller shutters) that overlooks the commonhold fenced garden. Made up of entrance, living room/kitchen, bedroom with European king size bed, bathroom, laundry room and balcony. Ideal for couples and families. Convenient also for those arriving by train. --- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge, an induction stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Meals and breakfast are not provided. In the living room/kitchen there is a sofa bed (mattress width: 140 cm [55 in]) and a 40 inch full HD TV (Italian and German channels). The bathroom has a large multifunction shower cabin. In the laundry room there is a 6 kg washing machine. At guests' disposal, pots and pans, bed linen, towels, soap and toilet paper. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi in the apartment. A travel cot, complete with sheets, and a table booster seat for a baby are available on request. --- The price of the stay also includes the Tourist tax requested by the Municipality of Bolzano. Surface of the apartment: about 70 square meters (750 square feet). --- 🔑 My wife or I are present at check-in, we provide a map of the city and we are available to try to solve any problem: we live in an apartment in the same building. We speak Italian, English and German.
