Peaceful, quiet location just a short stroll from Falmouth's best beaches (Swanpool 4 mins, Gyllyngvase 8 mins). Ideally located for the coastal path, swimming and water sports, playing golf or walking to Falmouth Harbour to take a boat trip or enjoy the local shops and restaurants. On site parking. This is a self catering apartment that has been run as a successful holiday let for over 15 years by the previous owners with excellent reviews. As the new owners, Simon and Trudie are looking forward to continuing the great service. Located on the first floor of a private house, guests have their own entrance, with enclosed porch. On entering the apartment, the hallway leads to a spacious living area with 42" smart TV, two sofas, arm chair and a four seater dining area. The main bedroom is accessible via the living area and features a comfortable king size bed that can be converted to two single beds on request.. The hallway provides access to the kitchen, bathroom, utility cupboard and the second bedroom which has twin zip lock single beds that can be made into a super king bed on request. Outside, guests can sunbathe or enjoy outdoor dining and BBQs on the southwest private garden terrace and there is room for guests to park up to 2 cars on the driveway by the entrance to apartment. The entrance is reached by an outside staircase so it is not suitable for those people with mobility issues or children under five. During summer holiday peak season, this is a Saturday to Saturday booking only.
