It has stunning gardens, a large patio, a terrace, BBQ and a private salt water pool Villa Limonaia spreads over two floors and about 250 sqm. It's beautifully appointed throughout with luxury furniture and fittings. Ground floor: open space bright living area with fireplace, a formal dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a double bedroom en-suite and air conditioned, with seating area and wardrobe. Bright open space feeling: large floor-to-ceiling glass doors connects the living room, dining room and bedroom with the front garden and patio - great for entertaining and al fresco wine & dine. On first floor two further large bright bedrooms with each its own en-suite bathroom, air con, walk-in wardrobe and closets. From one of the bedroom there is access to a stunning panoramic terrace/solarium with loungers and parasols. The two upstairs bedrooms are open space with the downstairs areas. Villa Limonaia features 2 hectares of grounds with manicured gardens, olive and lemon tree orchards, flowers, a large stunning shady patio fully furnished with comfy sofas, table and seating, loungers, parasols and BBQ. Extra services are available on request: extra maid/housekeeping service, laundry, extra linen change, as well as cook service for lunch/dinner, driver, fridge and wine pre-stocking service, etc, all at very reasonable rates – all you have to do is ask! A security deposit of €1500 is required upon arrival - we will release receipt and the amount will be fully refunded before departure when the villa is handed back in good order. Pisa, Lucca and the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are about 1 hr drive away. Luxury shopping malls and restaurants are all nearby.
