It is also a hub to Hampton Court Palace, 3 Royal Parks, Racecourses, Kew Gardens, and many other local attractions. The house is situated on a quiet side street with plenty of parking and has a great range of local shops and services on it's doorstep. For car drivers, the house is 10mins from a main artillery road, the A3, which goes directly into London and heads south to the coast, giving easy access to Brighton, the stunning Surrey Hills and many other places to explore. The Royal Borough of Kingston has also invested significantly in cycle lanes throughout the borough, if this is your preferred mode of transport. In the centre of town these is The Rose Theatre, the largest producing theatre in South West London and modelled on the original Elizabethan Rose Theatre on London’s Bankside. There is the Kingston Museum and several historical attractions including The Saxon Coronation Stone dating back to the 9th Century.
