Maison Bear is a striking Maison de Maitre located in a village in Normandy, ideal for fun family times with spacious indoor space and an enclosed garden. It is close to beautiful beaches and interesting places to visit. Standing proudly in a gated garden, in the heart of the village, Maison Bear invites you to enjoy its bright and airy rooms, mature gardens and village life. It is a characterful property with four bedrooms and is perfect for a large group of friends or family offering a convenient and comfortable place for a holiday or a short stay. Maison Bear has everything you need to relax and enjoy a holiday to remember. Children have the space to play in the garden while adults can find a spot to relax. It is an ideal base to explore many of Normandy’s tourist attractions and beautiful beaches. It is located in the village of Landelles et Coupigny in Calvados and sits back from the main road, opposite the local restaurant/tabac, boulangerie and boucherie and yet its back garden overlooks beautiful fields. It is a 15-minute drive from Vire and the beaches near Granville are 50 minutes away. Maison Bear is ideal for those who want an interesting holiday home that has space to be together, amenities close by with adventure and beaches just a short drive away. As you walk through the gates you are greeted by the striking symmetry of this Maison de Maitre within its mature garden. You will climb three steps to enter through the front door and into the grand entrance hall. From here you can enter the salon or salle à manger. In the large salon there is a comfortable seating area and table for doing activities together. It has a fireplace and a TV with an Orange Live Box showing French and some international channels. Large windows at each end of the room, overlook both the front garden the terrace and back garden, which can be accessed through patio doors. Across the hall is the dining room, where the large table enables you to share meals together. From here you enter the well-equipped spacious kitchen. There is a large fridge freezer, range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and a small breakfast table. The Rear hallway has a door that opens out onto a raised terrace, a WC and a door that leads down to the cave and garage. Please note the house is "non smoking". Outside, there is a terrace with a table and chairs for ‘al fresco’ dining and a small patio area with a dining space. The garden is mature and enclosed. A washing machine is accessible in the cave.
