The Lily - Apartment 1, Great Location

Newly refurbished apartment on the Ground and First Floor within a 1872 built Victorian Semi-detached house. The finishing is to a high standard providing luxury amenities to provide guests with a relaxed and memorable stay. From the moment you step through the front door of the house you will experience a modern and luxury decor you’d expect from a quality guest house. Under floor heating throughout will keep our guests warm over the winter making this a great year round holiday home. The property is at the centre of Barmouth, right opposite The Royal Hotel and is within 3 minutes walk to the beach and promenade, train station and the High Street, where you find bars and restaurants. Co-op supermarket is 50 yards away where you can buy everything you need for making a delicious dinner in a fully equipped kitchen if you are not in the mood to dine out that day. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS There’s no private parking at the property however: • We have 1 Parking Permit available, this is for use on the promenade and the main car park by the lifeboat station. These are both a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment. The permit is also valid in any Gwynedd council owned car park throughout the whole of Gwynedd. - Free parking behind the house at St Johns Hill which is 1 minute walk away. There are about 10 spaces on a first come first serve basis. It is not know by many tourists and usually there are one or two spaces available. • Free parking is available on Marine Parade but space is limited during peak seasons so you would need to arrive early, or come back late in the evening, for them. Failing this if you can find a space (with no yellow lines) on Marine Road you can also park there.
