The villa has 4 bedrooms and is suitable for families. The house is situated on a hillside so that you have a spectacular view of the rugged mountains and can cool off in the private swimming pool. The fully equipped holiday home features all modern comforts. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom, you'll enjoy lots of comforts thanks to the bathtub with jet stream. Outside is also a good place to be. Besides the private swimming pool, there's a garden with terrace, loungers and parasol. Visit the many authentic, nostalgic villages and the sea with with its kilometres of sandy beaches, which can be found another 15 minutes further by car. The centre of Oliva is 2 km away. Here, you will find a supermarket, restaurants and nightlife venues. A visit to Oliva is of course not complete without a day at the beach! Almost all of the beaches near the city are lively and feature all kinds of facilities like loungers, parasols and first aid. The most famous beach is Playa Pau-Pi. There are lots of things to do here. You can go sunbathing, swimming, you can have a nice drink at one of the beach restaurants and enjoy various water sports. In the harbour, you'll find many water sports companies. Somewhat quieter beaches are Playa Terranova and Playa Aigua Blanca.
