The accommodation: The house is composed as follows: Ground floor: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area with armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 8 guests. - A second closed living room with a sofa, an armchair, a TV and a functional fireplace. - A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine... - WC. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a desk and access to the balcony. - A bathroom with an Italian shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer. On the second floor: - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a dressing room and a balcony. - Bedroom 3: three single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a dressing room and a balcony. - WC. Outside : - A large gravelled courtyard, enclosed and not overlooked, facing south-west. It is overlooked by a beautiful terrace of 35 m², and equipped with folding sunbeds, a table, chairs, a large parasol and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside. - A lawn area with trees. - A petanque court.
