## Space Welcome to our home! This apartment has everything to provide you with the conditions for a short or medium stay and is equipped for the basic needs of everyday life. Located 700 meters from El Corte Inglês, Gaia Gardens Apartments offers accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The kitchen has all the electrical equipment and utensils to be able to cook, including a microwave and a fridge. The living room, in common with the dining room, has cable TV with several channels, where there is also the router that allows wireless access throughout the house. All rooms are spacious and have closets or hangers for hanging clothes or putting your suitcase. There is a private bathroom with a bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries in every unit. The apartment is equipped with three electric oil heaters for greater comfort. With a garden right in front, hiking can be enjoyed in the vicinity of the apartment. ## Access Guests can enjoy the entire apartment during their stay. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood In the heart of Gaia, in a pleasant green area, this spacious apartment has been restored and equipped to receive families or groups of friends traveling together. In a 15-minute walk, enjoying a fantastic view over the Douro River and Ribeira, you will reach the famous Port Wine Cellars. Beside a small park, you will find from local shops, pharmacy, bank, butcher, cafes, restaurants and even large commercial surfaces. The place is well lit and right in the center of Gaia. If you are visiting Porto, it is just 5 minutes from the center and historic area by metro. The apartment is also not far from the river, wine cellars and many other attractions around. Gaia Cable Car is 2 km from Gaia Gardens Apartments, while Arrábida Shopping is 5 km away. The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, 14 km from the property. ## Transit Close to all the amenities that a big city has to offer, it is a 7-minute walk from the Metro and 4 stations from the historic center of Porto. ## Notes Prior to your check-in, we will send you keys for collection and check-in options. Please note that face-to-face check-in with the Concierge costs €10, depending on availability. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. Please be mindful there is a city tax of 2€ per person/night that needs to be payed upon arrival. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
