Paradise Villa, Ideal for Groups!

Paradise Villa is approved by Greek Tourism Organization with license number: 1041K91003013001 & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". Located in a small beautiful village of Prines, only 5 min drive away from Rethymno town and it’s sandy beaches, Paradise Villa is the best choice for large groups or for 2-3 friendly families! It is two independent attached houses with a garden and pool and you can rent only as one! The two story buildings in the total of 335 m² can accommodate 18 people in beds. We believe that its rich facilities such as private pool, hot tub, pool table and gym equipment will amuse all of our guests with different interests. Also the fact that you can only rent both buildings together offers you the advantage of both having vacations with friends and having your private place for you and your own family! By staying in our villa, you will also love the location and the sea view from the balconies, in addition to the fact that it is very spacious. Each building contains a big living room area with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms! That means that you will stay in a villa with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 6 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms. Finally the villa has one game room with pool table and one gym room with full equipment! Outdoor area of the villa has one big yard in front of the house with a parking area for more than 4 cars and there also has some outdoor toys for young children. On the other side of the building you will find a garden with the swimming pool, one hot tub for 5 persons and the barbecue, all of them equipped with outdoor furniture. The garden is fenced and offers privacy from any angle. INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA The Villa is located in the picturesque village of Prines. From the villa you can walk to the local tavernas in Prines. Additionally in Prines there is a mini market, a butcher and a gas station. The rest of the amenities such as larger supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy etc are in the next village over, called Atsipopoulo. Staying in Prines village you have the advantage of staying in the country side and be only a few minutes away from big markets, shops and the beach! The village itself is beautiful with many vegetations and olive tree forests. It is ideal for those who love nature, peace and quiet it can offer. Finally the location is giving you the possibility to visit many sightseeing and beaches in both North and South Crete!
