The Space: The rooms in the living area chase each other, giving peace and hospitality but, at the same time, inviting balance with the outdoor spaces. Here everything is to be experienced. The terracotta floors, the lightly vaulted ceilings, the white walls, the refined furnishings will mark your days of vacation with the family or in a group. The living room offers relaxation with sofas and armchairs which, together with the large fireplace, invite you to meditate on a good brandy and enjoy a chat with friends while the dining room invites to conviviality with the large 10-seat table from which you access a another room to be used for more occasions. The play of spaces, which open into each other, leads up to a beautiful kitchen with travertine benches and a comfortable island. The whole ground floor has a series of French doors that open onto the paved outdoor terrace. Also on the ground floor are a library, a full laundry room and an independent bathroom. The dwelling has 5 double suites, each with private bathroom and built-in wardrobe. Altogether it can accommodate up to 10 people. Only one bedroom is on the ground floor while all the others are on the first floor. The master bedroom also features a large double whirlpool tub. Abroad you can practice many outdoor activities or relax in the large infinity pool, with salt water, which measures 16 meters long by 5 meters wide. Also outside is a large terrace and a grove of 120 olive trees. Hidden in the Chianti hills, the Villa will allow you to easily reach some of the most famous and well-known destinations in Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena. The area around this villa is dotted with numerous testimonies of medieval architecture that is shown in the villages, churches and surviving castles of Botinaccio and Poppiano, which since its origins belonged to the Guicciardini family. Not far from here, in the valley of the Virginio stream, is the source of the Bolle water.
