Comfortable house accommodating 6 people located in Cala Murada in the east of Majorca, just 1 km from the beach. The house has air conditioning, WiFi and private pool. This comfortable villa forms part of a complex of 3 properties: Son Ganxo I, Son Ganxo II and Son Ganxo III. All the houses are totally independent and have their own garden and private pools. This villa is a two-storey property. It has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is air conditioning and heating in all the bedrooms and WiFi Internet connection. On the ground floor we find the large living-dining room, with views over the garden. There is a table which seats 6 people, two comfortable sofas and a TV. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by an American style bar and is fully fitted, with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and all the kitchenware/utensils you will need. Next to the dining room there is another living room with views over the pool which is an ideal space for reading or holding a party. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a fantastic suite with a large double bed. The suite has its own terrace and an en suite with bath. There is another double bedroom with large bed and its own terrace. There is another bathroom, with bath. From the dining room we access the garden via a covered terrace, on which there is a table and 6 chairs so you can enjoy eating al fresco. The private pool is surrounded by a lawned area and has a number of hammocks. There is also a fantastic barbecue.
