You can enjoy beautiful sea, mountain and garden views from the balconies throughout OVRM and when you step out to the beach, you will find it is a sparsely populated one that allows you to relax and enjoy in peace and therein you can swim, snorkel, fish or just take beach walks at your own vigorous or leisurely pace. OVRM is not your typical busy commercial hotel, but a private Bed & Breakfast (included) getaway, with optional facilities for self-catering or chef-prepared meals for all your dining needs. It has its own Beach-Volleyball court as well as an optional facility for BBQ of your favorite fare, be it that it was just caught off the reef in front of OVRM, or bought from a local fresh-food market. Free bike rentals, very reasonably priced tuk-tuk rides, etc. are some of the other features that make your stay at OVRM maximally value priced, enjoyable and comfortable. And most importantly, OVRM comes with its own full capacity electrical Generator to cater those times that the Sri Lanka's national power supply may fail due to whatever reason. NOTE: Villa's occupancy cost, the standard rate you get, is based on the number of persons (i.e. age 4 or above) in your party, with double-occupancy per room when calculating the number of rooms you are entitled to (e.g. if you are a party of 7 persons, you will be entitled to 4 rooms of the villa). Therefore, you automatically rent the whole villa (i.e. you get Exclusivity, meaning there will not be any other guests in the Villa during your stay) when you are a party of 9 or 10 (maximum).
