The interior of villa Almira is divided into 3 levels(200sqm).On the ground floor, the upper level consists of a kitchen fully equipped while next to it a sitting room with modern design, fully furnished with sofas, couches, coffee tables, and a traditionally made fireplace, is going to make you feel more than comfortable. On the same level, there is a dining area plus a WC. Descending to the lower level of the ground floor we observe three separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds. The other two with queen size beds and en suite bathrooms offer access to the amazing sea view through their windows, also while stepping out, you can reach a relaxing shaded veranda of 70sqm, furnished with build-in sofa a table and chairs, at which you may enjoy the spectacular view of Aegean. Moving up to the first floor we meet the master bedroom with a queen size bed among other furniture and an en suite bathroom too. Outside, a shaded patio of 9sqm, with a coffee table and chairs will give you the opportunity to relax and gaze at the deep blue of the Aegean. All areas of the villa are fully air-conditioned with cooling and heating, are accessible with Wi-Fi. All bedrooms and living room have flat -screen TV, are sunny and airy with balconies and windows, modern assets and appliances. As for the exterior, a large area of 500sqm with a private parking lot, will provide you with all the amenities that you seek. First and foremost this villa boasts of its infinity pool (50sqm) filled up with seawater and the surrounding lounge area shaded by 2 pergolas and equipped with sunbeds, small tables, and a shower unit. Additionally, a BBQ spot is expected to make full use of it and dine in the outdoor dining area of the villa. Last but not least, an amazing garden with indigenous plants gives everyone the opportunity to feel revived, watching undisturbed the view from its every angle.
