Summary: Hello and Welcome! We're so excited not only to welcome you to our cozy cabin, but also to Dauphin, Manitoba! Here at Bowerbird Stays, we want our guests to forget for a few days that the rest of the world exists. We want your stay with us to be all about relaxing, making memories, and taking what we like to call 'a nature bath. A short drive and you’re either playing in the Northgate Trail System or you can find yourself in Riding Mountain National Park! Nestled on a lot in a quiet neighbourhood in Dauphin, Manitoba. A bright and airy UpperLevel Bungalow welcomes you to a modern living space decorated with thrifted and new designer items . This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully renovated cabin boasts a full living room, dining room and spacious fully equipped kitchen. The bright new kitchen has all stainless appliances and lots of counter space. Located right across from the street from the Dauphin Hospital and 10 minutes away from Northgate Trailhead. Dauphin is located 45 minutes away from Wasagaming (Downtown Clear Lake). The drive is beautiful during any season! Drive with caution, you may come across a Moose or a few Black Bears! The Space: Our cabin is roughly 1000 square feet and provides the perfect backdrop for your trail ride getaway, couple's weekend or family fun. There are three bedrooms, all on the same floor and one full bathroom. The open concept living/dining area boasts a bright and airy space to live and play with a tv and a view of the yard. Whether you're reading your book or relaxing with a glass of wine after your full day of trails and movie on the couch, we want you to kick back and relax. There’s wifi available so feel free to use this space to work and play ;-) and a small work space available in one of the bedrooms. Guest Access: This home has it’s own private entrance. The Neighborhood: The home is located in quiet neighbourhood, and our goal is to be great neighbours. We ask that guests are mindful of this and respect outdoor quiet hours between 10pm and 9am. There is no street parking but the properties can accommodates a few cars. Getting Around: Our cabin is located 10 minutes away from the Northgate Trail systems, 15 minutes away from Riding Mountain National Park Northgate and 45 minutes away from Wasagaming (Downtown Clear Lake). Local Tip: Hit Boreal trail on the way to Wasagaming, it’s the perfect family friendly trail! Other Things to Note: We are so happy to share our space with guests who are looking to use it as a retreat to reconnect with family and friends, but please note that this is not a party rental. We ask all guests to familiarize themselves with Covid restrictions and to plan their trips accordingly. Firearms of any kind are not allowed in the house or on the property. This includes but is not limited to pellet guns, air guns, hand rifles and shotguns. Interaction with Guests: I am always a quick text away!
