This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 loft cottage boasts spectacular views of the lake AND pool and is perfect for a unique and relaxed getaway that is still in close proximity to shopping, dining, and other entertainment options. A welcoming covered porch leads you in to Mystic Breeze, one of our spacious “Key West style” cottages in Boardwalk Village. When you walk in, you are greeted with an airy, fully furnished, open-concept living space that features a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need to make your meal preparations easy and enjoyable. There is also an over-sized island along with a dining area suitable for memorable meals and late-night card games! The living room is the perfect spot to put your feet up and relax after a long day on the lake. You can flip on the Smart TV, sign in to your streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. We have also provided you with a variety of games that will keep you entertained even on those rainy afternoons! As you continue through the cottage, you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor with its own private bathroom. There is also a second full bathroom in the downstairs hallway. Continuing through the cottage, you’ll find two private bedrooms upstairs with queen beds as well as a spacious loft accessed by a ladder that has two separate twin beds and overlooks the main living space. Enjoy a pleasant and relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens. A washer and dryer is also provided in your unit. Just off of the living area, you will find a spacious outdoor patio – perfect for entertaining. You can even stop over at the community grilling station in the pool area to grill up your favorite meals for you and your friends and family. You can also dine or relax on the front porch while overlooking the lake and pool – just one of the many great perks of staying at Boardwalk Village is the VIEW! Details are subject to change.** This cottage comes with 2 parking passes that are provided inside the unit. If they are not left on the kitchen counter upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $100 each to replace. Parking spots are labeled according to cottage number. If additional parking is needed, there is designated overflow parking available just south of our paved parking lot (first come, first serve). There is also designated overflow parking at the HW 127 Sports Complex or there's daytime parking off Lakeshore Drive. If you park in the BOARDWALK GRILL parking spaces, you WILL be towed at your own expense. Celina does not offer public transportation of any sort at this time. We will provide eight wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool area. If wristbands are not left on the kitchen counter upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $50/each to replace. Security Deposit - The $250 security deposit is for broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. You will not be charged if none of these instances occur. Dock spaces are available for rent if you plan on renting a boat or bringing your own – just ask the host for more details. We even have parking available in our overflow lot at the HW 127 Sports Complex if you need a spot to park your boat or camper! **YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED 50% OF YOUR ENTIRE RESERVATION AMOUNT UPON BOOKING. THE FINAL 50% WILL BE AUTO-CHARGED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.** **YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK AT THIS LOCATION. HOST MAY REQUEST A COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID THAT INCLUDES YOUR DATE OF BIRTH.** This is a NO SMOKING & NO PET UNIT. Smoking is allowed outside only; please close doors and windows so the smoke does not come into the unit. A $250 minimum charge will be imposed for smoking or pets in the unit. You’ll have neighbors so please, NO PARTIES. Please refer to the signage for pool area rules and hours. Guests who enter the pool area must have a Boardwalk Village wristband. NO GLASS IN THE POOL AREA - NO EXCEPTIONS! QUIET HOURS begin at 11PM. CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM. Please vacate the unit on time so our cleaning staff has enough time to prepare for our next guests. Please close all windows and lock all exterior doors. Late departures will be charged $50/hr. Our housekeeping staff has carefully cleaned, stocked and inventoried this unit prior to your arrival. Please help us maintain the inventory by placing items back where they belong so we can keep our level of quality for all guests. If the rules are overlooked or there is excessive cleaning required, extra charges will be added to your reservation. All dishes used should be cleaned AND put away, or put in the dishwasher (if applicable) and the cycle started. Please empty the refrigerator & EMPTY liquids (like milk, juice, etc.) before disposing containers! Place all trash in bags and disposed of in the provided dumpster. Please place all used towels in the tub or shower of the bathrooms. Remember your personal entry key code to avoid $50 lock-out fee!
