Once you have book we will ask you to agree our T&C’s and fill in a checkin form to ensure we have full contact details, particularly in this post pandemic ‘test and trace’ period. We will also request a verification of ID. The Space: Ample parking on private driveway. Full washing and dryer facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On arrival you will be greeted with tea, coffee, milk etc The Neighborhood: Southampton University Luxury Apartment 2 is in a quiet residential area within 7min walk of the University of Southampton & the Hilton hotel & 10min drive from Southampton General, Princess Anne Maternity & Spire Hospitals & Southampton Science & business park & other prestigious pubs & hotels. Southampton golf course is adjacent as are local woodlands and parks. Red Lodge swimming pool is within walking distance as are other gym, leisure and fitness facilities are very close by. The city centre including Solent University are only 15min away Other Things to Note: The bed arrangement is that there are two bedrooms with double beds. There is one bedroom with two single beds (but these can be zip-locked together to make a double if we have prior notice. In addition, there is a large alcove off the living room with two single beds. We trust that this will work ok for your group.
