The property is set in 1400sqm of landscaped tropical gardens and the pool area with its colourful pots of geraniums has plenty of sun-loungers and parasols around the mosaic tiled roman style swimming pool. There’s a covered pergola to escape the heat and for those who enjoy dining at home, a large stone BBQ will keep the BBQ enthusiasts extremely happy. What impressed us on our first viewing was the lovely wrap around covered veranda with a large dining table, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy the lovely views. The villa is just a short walk to the local village where there are a couple of traditional tavernas, a little further brings you into the centre of Kato Korakiana dating back to 5th Century where you will find a selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and a mini-market.
