Summary: This immaculate garden flat in Clifton has an industrial vibe in the living area with a Banksy mural in the hall, still keeping a very cosy feel to the space. The garden is private and self contained. The flat is 150m from Whiteladies road, packed with bars and restaurants to explore, with an M&S foodhall right on the corner. The Lido is 4 mins away if you wanted a bracing swim or delicious brunch to start your day. The Space: The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, a living and kitchen area. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and a dressing table for doing hair and makeup along with a large ensuite shower room with a rain head shower. Bedroom 2 over looks the private back garden. Both bedrooms have double wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and storage. There is also a sofa bed in the property, please let us know if you would like to use it and we can leave bedding. The mattresses are superb quality ensuring a good night's sleep. There is also a double sofa bed if there are 5/6 guests staying. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need with a double oven, microwave and dishwasher. If you need to wash your clothes there is a washer/dryer too. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the whole property to make themselves at home, please feel free to relax in the garden too! The Neighborhood: Clifton is a wonderful neighbourhood for guests to explore. You are walking distance to Whiteladies Road where all the local shops and bars are situated as well as being walking distance to Clifton Suspension Bridge. Below is some great places we recommend to go: - Whiteladies Road- Approx 2 minute walk - Clifton Village - Approx 11 minute walk - Primrose Cafe- Approx 10 Minute Walk - Giggling Squid- Approx 13 Minute Walk - Cabot Circus- Approx 33 Minute Walk Other Things to Note: There is parking at the property, but it is a first come first serve basis and cannot be guaranteed. The parking in the surrounding areas it is permit holders Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. On Oakfield Road it is pay and display, so you can park during the day in these areas. Interaction with Guests: We are Hopewell and we are contactable by phone, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. From 5pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 7pm the weekends.
