Come and enjoy a stay in the heart of nature in this pretty chalet, located in Puyvalador, in the Eastern Pyrenees, in the middle of the Capcir. Ideally located, 300 meters from the slopes of Puyvalador, 14km from the slopes of Formiguères and 15km from Les Angles, access in a few minutes to the pleasure of skiing and many hiking trails. Ideal for a relaxing stay in summer as well as in winter, the chalet, on 3 levels, is composed of a pleasant living room with an open equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a balcony. Sheets and towels not provided. Cleaning to be done by you before departure. Accommodation With a surface area of 50 m², the chalet can accommodate up to 8 people. Spread over 3 levels, it is arranged as follows: Level 0 - Living room with a TV lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people), a dining table (can accommodate 8 people), a functional and equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, raclette and fondue machine... - Enjoy the view on the mountain from the balcony, a small table is installed for your meals, aperitifs or other coffee breaks... - Separate shower room and WC - A wooden staircase leads to the first sleeping area on the mezzanine: double bed 140 and bunk beds Level -1 - A double bedroom with double bed 140 and plenty of storage space - A shower room with shower and washbasin, separate WC Neighbourhood Ideally located in a very quiet area. Formiguères, located at about 10 km, offers you all types of shops (bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market), boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities In winter : skiing, snowshoeing, sledging... - Ski resort of Puyvalador at 2 min by car - Ski resort of Formiguères at about 13 km: the resort is located at 1700m altitude and offers slopes up to 2400m with a nice difference in altitude of 700m. - Les Angles ski resort at about 15km (15-20 minutes by car) In summer: hiking and cycling, water activities around the lake of Puyvalador, fishing, Lou bac at Les Angles, animal park, Fontrabiouse caves, leisure centre at the lake of Matemale, swimming pool and spa at Formiguères... Transport The car is the best way to get around the region.
