Summary: This is a gem of an apartment and is located only 5 minutes walk from the city centre, the famous St James' Park football stadium and countless other great amenities and venues. We constantly get great feedback on this apartment and you'll find it's really cosy and has a lovely feel about it. Required standards of behaviour - this is a lovely apartment in a quiet residential building. It is essential that the privacy and amenity of residents is respected and observed. In this regard, we will not tolerate anti-social behaviour of any kind. Of course, we want you to fully enjoy your stay here - and in this apartment you will have the perfect base for that - but please be aware that any undue noise or disturbance will result in your stay being terminated. The Space: Baltic Quay is a 1 bedroom studio featuring a light filled double bedroom. The apartment also has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including a dining area. The spacious living area includes a flat screen LED TV with complimentary Netflix powered by our super fast WIFI. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are also provided along with fresh towels and luxury bedding. Should you need anything extra, please do not hesitate to ask! We are available 7 days a week. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Newcastle is quite a compact City, which makes it ideal for shopping, exploring or just getting to where you need to be! The city really has it all; from history, culture and museums to the best shopping in the North East and, of course, our famous nightlife. Eldon Square mall is around 7 minutes minutes’ walk from the apartment and along with the excellent range of shops has just launched a new restaurant zone featuring many cuisines from across the globe. We are also a 15 walk to both Newcastle University Campus and Northumbria University, so are in the ideal location for family visiting students during their studies or for graduation ceremonies. St James Park is also just 15 minutes’ away; the stadium is home to Newcastle United football club, church to many Toon fans across the North East! We strongly recommend taking in a game if you can, the atmosphere is unbeatable! If you are looking to see a show, the Theatre Royal and 02 Academy are around 15 minutes walk away. Getting Around: Arriving by train? Getting to the apartment couldn't be easier as it's only 10 minutes walk from Gateshead Metro Station. Arriving by plane? From Newcastle Airport you can get a taxi to the apartment in about 15 minutes or take the Metro which takes you into Gateshead Metro Station. From there it's just a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Parking is on Quarryfield Road, which is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment block. It's just past the new college building on the left.
