Located on 3 forested and lovingly landscaped acres between the towns of Forestville and Guerneville, this is truly a retreat for the whole family. A pocket of sunshine surrounded by redwood groves, you'll lounge around the pool and in the hot tub, BBQ on the back deck, explore and picnic in the gardens and love life outdoors in temperate Northern California! With ample room for 8 guests to cook and hang out in the generous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Viking oven and gas range, you can cook to your heart's delight or visit highly rated local restaurants with equal aplomb. Know Before You Book: Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Pocket Paradise is 8 people. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time. Parking: There is parking for 3 vehicles. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance Bed Sizes: Master Bedroom: King bed; Second Bedroom: Queen bed; Third Bedroom: Queen bed. Full Futon Sofa bed in the loft recreation room. Heat Source: Central Heat, Gas Fireplace A/C: Central Air Conditioning. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms in the main house plus a full (third) bathroom in the pool house. Pool: Pool is heated mid-May to mid-October. It is available year-round, even when not heated. Stairs: There are 2 stairs to the front door, which opens to the main living level. The kitchen, living area, dining area, all bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the main living level. There are stairs to the loft (recreation room) and out to the pool area. See the floorplan for additional details. Dog Run: The dog run is a great spot for Fido to go to the bathroom, but it will not hold in a determined dog. Amenities not Included: The garage is not available to guests. There is parking in the carport and in the driveway. Satellite Wifi: While great for checking email and social media updates, the service is not suited to streaming or heavy uploading and downloading. Russian River Beaches: Johnson's Beach, Guerneville, CA is 4 miles, or less than a 10 minute drive. Nearest Ocean Beach: Goat Rock, Jenner, CA. Approximately 17 miles, 30 minute drive.
