Key Biscayne has terrific sunny beaches and is located right between the two major parks – Crandon Park to the north and Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park to the south. Key Biscayne also offers a nearby coastal barrier reef and the only federally recognized underwater archaeological trail in the United States. The price is for BOTH units. Mandatory upon arrival: Refundable damage deposit of $100/day/unit on the credit/debit card. If by cash, $500.00 covering 1-5 night stays and any additional day is $100/day/unit. THE UNITS Each 1000sf Apartment features: - 1 KING bed in the first bedroom; - 2 TWIN beds in the second bedroom; - LIVING ROOM with a COUCH (foldable sofa); - DINING AREA with a table for 4; - Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator. - All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing! THE PROPERTY Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including: - Private BEACH access 5 minutes walking from the property; - Swimming POOL (unheated) with loungers, umbrellas and tables; - FREE self-parking; - 2 beach chairs + 1 umbrella for $10/day; - Elevator; - LAUNDRY FACILITY in the building ($2.50/cycle); - Bath towel exchange (upon request). In the light of COVID-19 restrictions, some of the amenities may not function as advertised.
