Located just a few minutes drive from both Maleny and Montville, you will have your pick of what these towns offer in the form of eclectic shops, cafes and restaurants. For the adventurous, the Hinterland has plenty of hiking trails and waterfalls to explore, as well as the beautiful Baroon Pocket Dam to swim in on hot days. With two kitchens to play around in, a cosy fireplace to keep you warm in winter, and incredible views from the balconies, this home makes the perfect family holiday destination. The Space: The house features an open dining and living area upstairs, a fully-equipped kitchen, and three spacious bedrooms. Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms, and another kitchen. Both levels have balcony access, and there is plenty of backyard space for children to run around. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Under the house is off limits for guests. The Neighborhood: The house is on a quite residential street, in between the towns of Montville and Maleny. There is plenty of exploring to do in the area, including hiking, boating, and swimming in one of the many national parks. Due to the close proximity to the Sunshine Coast beaches, it's a breeze to take the kids down to Caloundra to play in the sand. Getting Around: Most areas require a vehicle to access. Other Things to Note: *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* - No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently (fine if travelling as family with older guests) This property has a strict no party and no smoking policy. If you're after a larger gathering, this home is not suitable. Because this is a quiet residential area (and we are obligated to ensure Sunshine Coast Council noise restrictions are adhered to), any breaches to these policies will result in you and your guests being removed from the home without a refund.
