With room for 10 people, this huge villa is just the right size for a family or a group of friends. Cook meals in your own kitchen or let our concierge book a private chef for you! Plenty of free parking, laundry room inside of the house, gated community, 24-hour security, private pool, two living spaces, ocean views, two balconies, outdoor living, quiet, and luxurious. You will have access to the entire Villa and you will not share this space with anyone else. You won't see me unless you need me. I am always available to help assist! Mahogany Run is located on the Northside of the island. This part of the island is quiet, remote, and very lush! A great and safe neighborhood located less than 10 minutes from Magen's Bay Beach. Please note that you will need to drive to any location. This is a remote community and not in walking distance to any amenity. Getting around on St. Thomas can be a unique experience, for this reason, we highly recommend renting a vehicle when you stay in our properties. This home offers a huge driveway that can accommodate several vehicles. This location is remote. Renting a vehicle will be very helpful, and time saving, at this location. 1. This house has five bedrooms with five beds, sleeping up to ten people. The other sleeping area is downstairs in the second living room where you'll find three single bed sofa sleepers. These sofa pull-outs sleep one person. 2. Please be aware that our pool company may be on site to clean while you are in this home. The will enter the inside of the house. They will walk through the house to access the backyard and pool area. Pool company makes weekly visits on Tuesday's. 3. You may also see our landscaping company, outside. They will never enter inside of the house. 4. Trash is picked up from this property twice a week. Tuesday's and Friday's. 5. Wi-Fi and TV connections can not be guaranteed. Being on an island can cause spotty or irregular connections.
