Arona and Stresa are 15 minutes by car and Lesa and Meina with the lake and beaches are about 5 minutes by car. The motorway exit is also about 5 minutes away by car. The living room has a sitting area with satellite TV and a large dining table for 8 people. The living room leads to the balcony with lake view furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. On this floor there is the modern and well equipped kitchen with table for 6 people and the bathroom with shower / tub. Downstairs there is the sleeping area specially made on this floor to be able to sleep in the cool.
