The Annex is the ideal place to stay for exploring the North Norfolk Coast. Birdwatching, long coastal walks, visiting stately homes, Holkham Hall and Sandringham which are within easy reach are just two of the many in the area. Cromer, famous for its Pier and great seafood is only 8 miles away. Wells with its iconic beach huts and lovely beach is only 10 miles away. The beach at Holkham is defiantly worthy of a visit, topped off by all the great restaurants we have on offer. North Norfolk is a great place to visit. As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a cafetiere and a microwave. The Annex is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is one bedroom in this annex which contains a kings size bed. There is additional sleeping space in the annex, comprising a sofa bed. There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are off-site parking facilities available at the property. - Although pets are not allowed at the property the Host may make an exception for a small dog. The Host lives on the site so is available if there are any queries during your stay.
