Spend days strolling around our charming property or visit the nearby beach. Our space offers a luxurious way to reconnect with nature. Our holiday home has 2 BEDROOMS with 1 Double bed in the master bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom features bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers. Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer. After a relaxing walk in the countryside, retreat to our open and spacious LIVING AREA with a wood-burning fireplace and floor-heating throughout. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and watch your favourite show on the Smart TV or connect with friends and family back home using the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, step out onto your private wooden terrace with outside seating and enjoy a glass of wine or relax in the private outdoor hot tub while admiring the view overlooking the wild marshes and fields beyond. In the KITCHEN, you'll find a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, an oven, an inductive cooking top, and a microwave. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. You can enjoy all your meals in the dining area with bifold doors that open up onto the terrace. If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with complimentary allocated private parking available on-site. Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we will do our best to accommodate them for £25/pet/stay (maximum 2 pets). We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. LOCAL FAVOURITES An abundance of local countryside walks awaits in the stunning local "Constable Country". Walk down to Flatford MIll in just 5 minutes, the site of John Constable's famous HayWain picture painted by the artist in 1821. Spend a sunny day on Harkstead Beach, less than 15 miles away! Grab a tasty breakfast and coffee at Oranges & Lemons Shop and Cafe, a 7-minute walk away. In the evening, chat with friends and family over a pint at The Lion Brasserie, a 3-minute drive away. The local Train station (just 8 mins drive away) can whisk you to the centre of London in under an hour. Cambridge is also less than an hour's drive or train ride away. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • Travel cot and High chair must be requested upon booking if required • Strictly no BBQ's allowed • All lodges are non smoking lodges, please do not smoke indoors or a cleaning surcharge will be collected. Smoking outside is at your discretion • Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we will do our best to accommodate them for £25/pet/stay (maximum 2 pets).
