Villa degli Eucalipti is a beautiful seafront villa in Torre Squillace, near Nardò and Porto Cesareo. The recently-built villa is modern and cozy, it`s on two floors, accommodating up to 10 guests. The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, tv, built-in barbecue, fireplace, outdoor shower, parking. Small pets are allowed. The well-kept garden is large and with several outdoor equipped areas where you can relax. Moreover, it is equipped with barbecue. On the upper floor there is a large terrace with view on the sea and furnished as solarium. The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there are the living room with two sofa beds (one of which is double), fireplace and tv, kitchen with access to the garden and bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is the sleeping area which consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are triple (double bed + twin sized bed), twin and double. The surroundings of Villa degli Eucalipti in Torre Squillace The seafront Villa degli Eucalipti is in a privileged position in Torre Squillace. It`s near the sea and rocky coast with a small sandy beach, which is 80 meters away. The villa is close to other beaches such as Sant`Isidoro and Torre Squillace, which are 1 kilometers away, while Porto Cesareo is 5 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
