Summary: The stunning property on Bristol's quayside is the perfect place to stay if you are coming to visit Bristol. At the quieter end of the harbour and next to the historic Underfalls Yard, Ashton Court Estate and The Avon Gorge. It also has the added bonus of one of Bristol’s best restaurants just 3 doors away! A luxury light and large three bedroom townhouse with a relaxing coastal feel and views of the iconic Suspension Bridge from the terrace. Equipped to a high standard with Lakeland coffee machine, Virgin fibre broadband, 2 smart TVs, brand new quality mattresses plus the option of 2 car parking permits (small additional charge). The Space: The three bedrooms are spread across the back of the house, with one bedroom being set up as a two single beds. If you are needing this as one bed please let us know before your arrival. The other king size beds are super comfy, with brand new mattresses, toppers and high quality duvets and sheets you won't be disappointed! As well as the perfect night's sleep, the house also has: 2 X Smart TV's 2 x bathrooms, 1 x WC 2 x lounges 1 x large kitchen-diner Nespresso Coffee Pods Virgin Fibre Broadband Gas central heating Large gas fire All bedrooms have blackout blinds or curtains Iron and ironing board Hairdryer Washing machine Tumble dryer Freezer Large, double height fridge Microwave with grill Double oven 5 burner gas hob Separate utility room BBQ Guest Access: Guests have access to the whole house, and we hope that while you are here you make yourself feel at home. The garden is there to be enjoyed by everyone, with furniture for the sunnier days! The Neighborhood: This townhouse sits in a fantastic location. At the quieter end of the quayside, you are still close to all that it has to offer, while also having easy access to many more of what Bristol's has to offer. Getting Around: If you are bringing a car, there is enough space for 2 cars. These parking permits are available for £5 per day per vehicle and on a first come first serve basis. Other Things to Note: It is terraced property in a nice residential area. No parties, hens, stags. And noise is to be kept to minimum post 10pm. There is also a Nest Video Doorbell on the premises. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. The grass is artificial in the back garden. Interaction with Guests: We are Hopewell and we are contactable by phone, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. From 5pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 7pm the weekends. Any questions during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us!
