## Space Welcome to our home! Tastefully furnished in a contemporary style our home is fully equipped with all you will need for a comfortable stay. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. - The compact yet comfortable lounge you will find a lovely double-sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. - The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to whip up a fresh meal. - In the bedroom, you will find a king-sized bed fitted with hotel quality linens to ensure your comfort. - The bathroom has a bathtub and an attached shower head as well as a toilet and a sink. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. Have a lovely stay. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! The property is located on the 2nd floor, and you may need to collect the keys from a store a 13 min walk from the property. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Set in one of the most famous areas of London. The flat is located just by the riverside, in Greenwich, a place with rich nautical history. As well as having the River Thames literally just a stones throw away, there is also a Waitrose supermarket nearby, making it convenient for you to get any additional necessities during your stay. There’s also a Costa coffee shop that makes for a great place to chill and read the papers or plan the day’s adventures with a delicious drink and/or snacks. There are plenty of London tourist attractions right on your doorstep too. These include: The Royal Greenwich Park The Maritime Museum The Royal Observatory Greenwich Market The Cutty Sark - just a 5 minute walk away The Painted Halls. The annual London Marathon also passes through the area, so if you’re taking part in the run or planning to watch, this 2 bed Greenwich apartment is a great place to base yourself. ## Transit The property is ideally located just a 6 minute walk to the Cutty Sark DLR station, and 8 minutes from the Greenwich station. ## Notes This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Please note the check in / out walking distance for keys is approx 13 minutes. Details will be provided no earlier than 24 hours prior to your arrival. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
