Villetta Zefiro

Villetta Zefiro is a villa with swimming pool that consists of two apartments, in Maruggio, a few kilometers away from the sea. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as garden and parking, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave oven, outdoor shower, hair-dryer and iron, tv and mosquito nets. It`s on two floors and it accommodates up to 10 guests. Pets are allowed. Villetta Zefiro, less than 2 kilometers away from the beaches of Campomarino di Maruggio Villetta Zefiro consists of two modern, refined and comfortable apartments, ideal for a holiday less than 2 kilometers away from the beaches of the Ionian coast.  On the ground floor there are 1 double bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom. Moreover, on the second floor there are two single bedrooms with air conditioning, tv and balcony and 1 bathroom. In the property there is an outdoor dining area. The surroundings of Villetta Zefiro in Maruggio Villetta Zefiro is in a residential area of Maruggio, near the beaches of Campomarino, which area within walking distance. The property is 1,5 kilometers away from the coast and less than 1 kilometer away form the city centre with its amenities. The beaches and sea of Campomarino, near Taranto, are characterized by the uncontaminated nature, with Mediterranean scrub and crystal clear sea. Villetta Zefiro, with its private swimming pool, is in the ideal position, allowing a relaxing holiday, near many tourist amenities. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Pool available from June to September. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - The holiday home consists of 2 adjacent apartments, one of which is on the first floor. - The air conditioning is in the dining room and in one bedroom.
