This newly remodeled farmhouse is the ideal stay for your visit to OKC. It's centrally located between I-44 & I-35, less than 15 minutes from Will Rogers Airport. It’s just a short drive to: - Bricktown/Downtown OKC - Chesapeake Arena - OKC Tennis Center - Midtown/Uptown - Paseo & Plaza Districts - Oklahoma State Fairgrounds - OKC Zoo - Hospitals: OU Med, St Anthony, Integris This home is equip with everything needed to go out or stay in! We love & welcome ALL identities & ethnicities. Whether here for work or play, this home is great for your needs! There's TWO dedicated work spaces, an arcade/game area, and you're walking distance to tennis courts, parks, and corner stores. I'm always available for guests and can be very attentive to your needs. Airbnb or text messages are best for communication. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with many families. You're walking distance to tennis courts, parks, and corner store. There are several grocery stores, just a short drive away. The metro bus line picks up only 5 blocks aways from the house on line #023 every 30 min (Week) /50 min (Sat/Sun). The cost is $1.75 per ride. While the city has worked to improve the bus & trolley system, I still find driving or Uber/Lyft is the best way to explore the city. The good news is you're centrally located & can be almost anywhere in less than 20 minutes. - This home was build in the 1920's and fully renovated in 2018, so the original hardwood floors may creek. - The laundry is located in the garage where you can enter from the exterior garage door, immediately to the left of the home's back door. - Oklahoma has bugs year round, especially when it's cold, pests try to get inside. So please do not leave the door open for any extended period of time. - Neighbors, on occasion, may have family gathering that extend until the night. While this does not happen often, it may occur during your stay. Feel free to contact me if this issue occurs. In general, this is a very quiet family community. - The home is cleaned extensively following COVID cleaning guidelines prior to each reservation. If for any reason the home is not cleaned adequately, allow up to 1 hour from your disclosure for my cleaning provider to service the home before cancellation.
