Cosy North Norfolk cottage with wood-burner

A very warm welcome to our cosy cottage, a much loved cottage near the seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham full of period features. Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a couple or a family of 4. This property has a wood-burner to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Staying here also allows you access to the private courtyard garden, where we enjoy stargazing on clear nights - thanks to the lack of light polution. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a traditional Aga, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Bell Cottage is the perfect place to relax and offers a smart TV (in lounge and in the main bedroom) DVD player, internet access (BT Broadband with average speed of 30MBs) and a music player. Bell cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed. The second bedroom contains a zip and link bed and can be configured as a single, twin or large double. Please let me know how you would like it configured on booking. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. Please note that due to this being a cottage the ceilings are low so taller people may find themselves having to duck in the shower! Linen, towels and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property for 1 medium sized car. Additional parking is available on a first come first served basis just across the lane - 30 seconds walk away from cottage. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property (1 dog only), and must not be left unattended in the cottage. - There is a cleaning fee of £25. - A refundable deposit of £150 is required per stay.
