Not far from there begins the Schlei, that breathtaking arm of the sea, which stretches with its small coastal towns all the way to the Baltic Sea. From here you can even reach and explore the neighboring state of Denmark. In the surrounding cities of Flensburg, Schleswig, Husum and also Friedrichstadt there is a lot of culture to discover and within easy reach amusement parks, zoos, indoor and outdoor pools promise a varied and relaxing holiday with the whole family.
