All basic facilities are within reach as the town center and restaurants are at 500 m and the supermarket is 2 km. The apartment is located on the ground floor with parking space for 2 vehicles. It comes with central heating and a cozy living-dining room. You can enjoy table tennis in the evenings. The view of the hillside is magnificent and is great to enjoy over a barbecue from the terrace with a furnished garden. Bicycles can also be rented. From May 2021 an outdoor sauna will be available for a fee. You can reach the public transport at 500 m and the train station at 4 km.
