Just finished to renovate with a minimalistic Romantic Chic decoration with attention to alls details. The apartment can host up to 5 guests. It's a duplex apartment with a queen size bed in the bedroom accessed by the living room and his own bathroom. On the mezzanine facing the living room you have a Queen size bed with his own bathroom. The living room has super comfortable sofa bed for 1 person from where you can experience form the big windows a romantic view of the charming historic. You can also have access to a big commune terrace on the same floor with a stunning view of the bay from where you can relax on the chaise longue drinking your caipirinha and experience a breathtaking sunset. The apartment is full equipped with all the essential (towels, linen, soap), air-conditioner, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi. Just walking 5-10 minutes and you can have access to all the bus connection you need. Just next to the house, 50 meters, you can take “Plano Inclinado of Pillar”, an ancient elevator that connect the Upper Town with the Lower Town. Casa Versace is equipped with a Camera recording the common area. The apartment is equipped with all necessary like bedclothes, towels, soap, fibre connectivity, air conditioning.
