Chalupa Bozanov is part of a typical Czech farmhouse, which has been completely renovated, with an area of 135 m2 and suitable for rent for 2 to 8 people. It is located in the picturesque village of Bozanov, in the middle of the protected nature reserve Broumovske Steny with its unique rock formations. This area will win the hearts of its peace and unspoiled nature and is an ideal base for leisure and sports activities in summer and winter. In the farm a combination of luxury and comfort has been found, while maintaining the traditional style and atmosphere. Everywhere, as much as possible, the original elements have been preserved, which creates a unique atmosphere throughout the house. The farmhouse has a spacious living room with a L-shaped open kitchen equipped with every comfort. In the kitchen there is a cozy dining area. The living room is attractively furnished with a sitting area and has satellite TV and DVD and radio / CD. In the former stable of the farm there is a spacious hall, a toilet and 2 bedrooms. Furthermore, on the first floor there is a 3rd spacious bedroom with 1 double bed, a separate 2nd toilet, a spacious luxury bathroom with bath, 2 washbasins and separate shower. From the approx. 2000m2 garden you have breathtaking views of the mountainous landscape and meadows and a good chance of seeing grazing deer. Free Wi-Fi is available in the whole house. There is a children's chair and cot. The holiday home is located on a small-scale campsite. The guests of this holiday home can of course use (only in the summer months) the heated swimming pool on site, the playground, a recreation room with pool billiards, table tennis and table football, the multifunctional sports field and trampoline. From the farm, countless activities can be taken, and there are possibilities to book active summer and winter excursions for young and old, such as horse riding, mountain climbing, canoeing, organized walks, excursion brewery and winter skiing and cross country skiing. You can get hiking and cycling maps and, if desired, tips on the most beautiful routes. All our guests receive a book on arrival with detailed information and leaflets about the area, sights, activities, restaurants, shops etc. The authentic village of Božanov is located under the mountain Koruna, in the middle of the protected nature reserve Broumovske Steny with its unique rock formations, views and views. This region is rich in culture and nature with varied scenery of lovely farmland, dense forests and rugged rock formations. All seasons will surprise you. Spring with its vast meadows covered with beautiful yellow rapeseed, summer with warmth and rural outdoor life, winter always snowy until far in March and autumn with its colorful powers of the many maples. This area is the ideal base for beautiful hiking and mountain biking tours ranging in gravity and length. The trails are well marked. It is worth to visit the whimsical shaped sandstone rocks of Adrspach and Teplice. This National Park is about 20 km from Božanov. At about 2 km from Božanov located in the town of Radkow in Poland, there is a large recreational swimming lake with sunbathing in a beautiful quiet area with breathtaking views. In winter, the surrounding area of Božanov is beautiful for cross country skiing and offers numerous cross-country skiing trails in this area. The nearest ski resorts in Janovicky are located about 14 km from Božanov and Teplice nad Metuji about 20 km. This is an ideal area for the beginner to moderate skier or snowboarder. The larger ski areas are located about 40 km. The price is included with the exception of the tourist tax of € 0.80 per person per night. Electricity is also included in the price for normal consumption. From 1 st. of May until 1 st. of October, there is an electricity consumption of up to 15 Kwh per day included and for the remaining dates up to 50 Kwh per day. This is sufficient in normal consumption. In case of exceedance we charge € 0.20 per Kwh. Optional: A towel package and a kitchen linen package are not included in the reservation. It is possible to order this: Towel package: € 2,80 per package (2 towels). Kitchen linen package: € 2,80 per package (1 kitchen towel, 1 tea towel, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge).
