Living / Dining room: This is a combined living/dining room with a 3-seater leather sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and 40” wide screen TV. Kitchen: A modern fully-fitted kitchen, complete with a washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are a range utensils including: pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and just about anything else you might need to prepare a snack or a home cooked meal. STAIRS LEADING TO FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 2: A spacious bedroom which looks out towards the front aspect with 3 single beds, a walk in closet, bedside tables and table lamps. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom which looks out towards the rear aspect with 2 single beds, bedside table, single wardrobe and a table lamp. The wireless Wifi router is located near the window. Family Bathroom: The newly fitted bathroom suite comprises a bath with an over the bath electric shower, toilet and sink. Additional Cloakroom: A cloakroom with a toilet and sink. Guests have exclusive use of this property. Every effort will be made to meet you at the property to provide access. In the event that this isn't possible a key will be left in a key safe outside the property and a code will be text to you on the day of your arrival.
