Wonderfull holiday house close to Rome and beach

Charming middle age/ 1600 century house located in the medieval village Cori, only 30 km from a sandy beach and 50 km from Rome, reached by train in only 30 min. The 130 m2 house is situated on two floors and includes a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a charming yard, and a garden with a fantastic view of the whole area. The house has space for 6 people with the possibility for 8 with the use of the two guest beds. Kitchen: The large well-equipped kitchen was just recently renewed (2016) and includes dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, gas stove, and electric oven. In addition, it includes a charming old open fireplace. The dining table sits 6 people and can be extended to include additional people. Charming yard: Just outside the kitchen a glass door leads to the charming yard surrounded by rock and stone walls as well as an old Roman cave carved in the cliff. The yard, which includes a granite dining table for 6-8 people, is nicely fresh during the day and warm in the evening and thus our preferred place for lunch and dinner during the summer. It also includes a sink and behind a small wall, the washing machine. The first floor: From the yard there is the entrance to a corridor from which the stairs go to the first floor, which includes the living room, three bedrooms, and the bathroom. Living room: The living room includes two leather couches and a marble table, a TV with DVD player, a stereo, and book shelves with various books (guide books, brochures of nearby attractions, a folder with suggestions to nearby restaurants and sights, Italian cook books, and novels) and games. The house is equipped with free wireless WiFi. Bedrooms: The three bedrooms each include a wardrobe and two beds, which can be either separate or put together as double beds. Sheets, blankets (goose down), and towels are provided. All bedrooms include ventilators. Garden: From the first floor stone stars lead to the about 250 m2 garden and a grape-vine covered terrace from which there is a spectacular 180 degree panorama view of the whole area with the mountains on one side and the coast in the horizon on the other. On the terrace there is a table for 6-8 people and a Weber barbecue with gas ignition. There is an immediate booking at Villa d'Erba. Please go to the calendar and check if the house is available. If you want to rent, then it is a good idea to book, otherwise it is open for others to book. If you simply send an inquiry, you run the risk of others booking the house. All information is on Airbnb, but you are always welcome to request additional info. Cori is a picturesque medieval village situated on the mountainside and surrounded by wine and olive vineyards. Cori was built before Rome and the old part of Cori is home to medieval churches and frescoes, cyclopean walls, and the ancient Temple of Hercules built by Kaiser Sulla year 107 b.c. In the old part of the village, where our house is situated, nearly all streets are cobbled and often become stairs as they climb the mountainside. Many bars and restaurants can be found around the Piazza Signina square in the center of the old, high part of the town. Cori is perfectly situated only a 30 min drive from beautiful sandy kids-friendly beaches, and only 50 km from Rome reached by train for the nearly Cisterna di Latina in only 30 min. In the region around Cori there are various points of interest, including the gardens of Ninfa, the castle in Sermoneta, … etc. On the way to the beach there is the “Miami” waterpark and just half an hour drive from Cori there is the Rainbow Magicland amusement park in Valmontone just next to the famous Fashion District outlet.
