A wonderful, two bedroom property which has recently been refurbished. Two large reception rooms with high ceilings offer spacious accommodation for up to 5 guests. It is situated on a busy road but there is parking in front of the house. A 5 minute walk takes to some local convenience stores and take-aways. Located in Hindley, it is situated to provide easy access to nearby towns of Wigan, Bolton, St Helens. *Important Note: Max occupancy includes children and infants. GROUND FLOOR Living Room: Access to the property is via a vestibule, which opens into a charming living room. It has two sofas, a 40” widescreen TV and a coffee table. Dining Room: The living room leads to the spacious dining room with a large dining table and 6 dining chairs. Kitchen: This is a modern fully-fitted kitchen, complete with a washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are a range of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and just about anything else you might need to prepare a snack or a home cooked meal. STAIRS LEADING TO FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom which looks out towards the front of the house. There are 3 single beds, single wardrobe, bedside tables and table lamps. Room 2: A smaller bedroom which looks out towards the back of the house. There are 2 single beds, bedside table and a table lamp. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a long, walk in shower cubicle with a toilet and sink. There is a rear yard with a flagged areas with outdoor seating. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. Every effort will be made to meet you at the property to provide access. In the event that this isn't possible a key will be left in a key safe outside the property and a code will be text to you on the day of your arrival.
