Ideally located for visiting local tourist attractions in & around our beautiful Banffshire coast. The accommodation: Open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area providing spectacular views. One double bedroom & one twin bedroom. Sorry - No Tradesman/Workmen. Refurbished in 2018, this self catering apartment boasts uninterrupted sea views from the lounge & also the enclosed landscaped garden. Close to many tourist attractions and two golf courses no less! The perfect retreat to sit back, unwind & relax in or its a superb base for visiting the many attractions & sightseeing during the day. You have access to the property with your own front door. Free on street parking is available outside of the property. Access is by a key safe. I will provide you with the code before 3pm (15:00hrs) on your checking in day. Please note: due to other work commitments I am not always available to be there in person. Macduff is a small town and has the usual amenities from convenience stores, pubs, restaurants, chemists & hairdressers etc. A doctors and dental surgery are all close by with a hospital with an A&E located in Banff - the neighbouring town which is just 1 mile. There are two local sports centres and a swimming pool in Banff. Aberdeen is approximately an hours drive away, Elgin is also approx. 1 hour away with Inverness being approx just under 2 hours away. There are excellent public transport facilities with bus stops being just yards away. Buses can take you to Banff, Aberdeen and Elgin while visiting small towns on its way. Local airports are in Dyce, Aberdeen and also in Inverness. Aberdeenshire is famous for its “whisky” & “Castle” trails and the Moray Firth has many visits from dolphins (depending on the time of the year) with the location of this property you might be lucky to see them. Free ample on street parking outside the apartment . Great public transport to numerous places/destinations with the stops just being yards away from the apartment. Train station is in Inverurie and Huntley. Airports: Aberdeen and Inverness. Please be aware that people live in neighbouring properties so please be considerate with noise pollution especially late at night and in the early hours.
