Traditional Istrian villa with a pool.

My place is close to vineyards. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Only words cannot give fair praise to this beauty. The villa was renovated in rustic style with a meticulous attention to details and local tradition, so it’s almost century and a half old soul is well preserved. Ground floor features large living area (sofa bed, single bed) with flat-screen TV and open fireplace, spacious fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker with hood, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine) and large dining table for 8 persons. From the first floor you can step directly on the terrace with additional dining table and additional open fire place. Shared pool, equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture, is located just a few steps from the terrace. First floor features double bedroom, and bedroom with two double beds. The villa features two bathrooms - one on ground floor (shower, toilette) and one on second floor (bathtub, shower, bidet, toilette). Located in the quiet hinterland of Slovene coast, very similar to the Tuscan hills. Private terrace with an open fireplace offers a shelter from the hot summer sun, where you can sit and share a glass of local wine with your family and friends. To cool down from the hot summer sun you can deep in the pool, shared with its neighbouring sister villa. The pool is shared with its neighboring villa.
